When a Virtual Assistant you refer through our referral program starts a new job, you will receive 5% of any fees paid to VPM Solutions. For example, if a Virtual Assistant starts a contracted job at $10 per hour, VPM will generate $1 per hour in fees. As long as that Virtual Assistant is working, you will earn $.05 per hour.
What is the Referral Program?
Unlike other companies that pay one time for a referral, VPM Solutions pays you as long as your referral is working and being paid through the VPM platform. You can think of our referral program as your very own business within VPM.
The referral program is designed to be another stream of income for you for simply referring people to the platform. When your friend gets a job and gets paid through the VPM Platform, you also receive a small percentage of their hourly pay as a referral.
Refer as many people as you can! There is no cap to the number of people you can refer or to the amount of referral payments you can receive.

VPM Solutions processes referrals quarterly. All hours that have been submitted and paid through the platform will count toward your referral amount.
Referrals do not expire. To continue receiving the referral, you must have a profile on our platform, and the person you referred must be working and being paid through the VPM Solutions platform.
You will have access to a complete comprehensive tracking and reporting program within the VPM Solutions platform.
When a Company you refer through our program hires any Virtual Assistants, you will receive 5% of any fees paid to VPM Solutions. For example, if a Company hires 3 Virtual Assistants at $12 per hour each, VPM will generate $1.20 per hour in fees for each VA ($3.60 per hour total). You will earn $.06 per hour ($.18 per hour total), so long as the job(s) are filled. If the Company hires more Virtual Assistants in the future, you will earn referral commissions on those filled jobs
