VPM will use specific search criteria to find and review profiles and invite people to your job.  VPM will review all applicant resume cards and give you feedback on each applicant.

VPM interacts with candidates to gather necessary information to make an informed decision.  All messaging, emailing and gathering of information occurs between VPM and the candidate

Use our hiring system and proprietary scorecard to determine best candidates for your company.  Factors include Core Values, DiSC, experience, certifications and more.  Candidates are scored based on a number of weighted factors to determine their overall score.  Candidates that score high enough will be recommended for the position.

VPM interviews candidates and records the interview should you want to review the interview

VPM does the initual interview based upon our proven interview questions as well as 3 of the Company questions given in the initual meeting. (Candidates who meet the criteria)

Payment meeting is for both the Company and Virtual Assisitant to understand what they have to do every week. How to log time or how to review weekly time logs, when the Remote team member will get paid and how the reports work.

If a remote team member does not work out. VPM will refill the job for free anytime
